Fang Sijin, a rising star at the real-estate agency Anjia Tianxia, is sent by her superior Zhai Yunxiao to the Jingyi branch as co-manager. The branch's original manager, Xu Wenchang, favours a humane style of management. Fang Sijin enforces strict discipline and fights back against rivals. The two managers' opposing methods leave the staff caught in the middle, while the agents also get drawn into their clients' lives.
